Booking Terms and Conditions

  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments may be canceled at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time, and will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the appointment may result in forfeiture of the deposit

  • Failure to provide access to the RV at the scheduled appointment time may result in forfeiture of the deposit

  • Customers must remove all personal belongings, money, valuables, and other items they do not wish to be handled prior to their appointment. RV Housekeeping is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings left inside the RV

  • Cleaning times are estimates only. Each RV is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the cleaning

  • RV Housekeeping will make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window, but unforeseen circumstances may cause delays

  • RV Housekeeping reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to severe weather, unsafe conditions, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control

  • Verbal abuse, threats, harassment, or physical abuse will not be tolerated and may result in immediate cancellation of the appointment and refusal of future service

  • Services are limited to those included in the selected package and add-ons. Additional services may be quoted separately and are not guaranteed to be available

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk

  • Cleaning services are intended to remove dirt and buildup; complete removal of stains, odors, discoloration, or other pre-existing conditions is not guaranteed

  • RVs must be unoccupied at the time of service. RV Housekeeping does not currently clean RVs that are actively being lived in or used

Pricing Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum surcharge of $80 will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

  • RV Housekeeping is based in Rochester, NH, with a 40-mile service radius and no travel charge within that area

  • Appointments outside the service radius are subject to a $2-per-mile travel fee for the portion of the trip outside the service area, calculated round trip

  • Pricing is based off linear length of RV / trailer. Manufactures specs will be referenced, though length can be discussed dependent on areas that may or may not need cleaning (ex: driving cabs)
