Booking Terms and Conditions

  • Customers should remove all personal belongings, money and other significant items from their RV prior to any type of housekeeping

  • Detailing times are an estimate only. Each RV is different and may require more or less time to fulfill the cleaning type

  • Whilst every effort will be made to keep scheduled bookings to the requested arrival window, unforeseen circumstances may cause lateness and are done so without extra charges or penalties

  • RV Housekeeping reserves the right to alter or move a booking due to uncontrollable conflicts, weather conditions and /or equipment failure

  • RV Housekeeping will not tolerate any verbal or physical abuse under any circumstances, and will take the relevant actions should any such behaviors be encountered

  • RV Housekeeping reserves the right to refuse or deny customer demands above and beyond the booked services

  • All vehicles are cleaned at the customer’s own risk

Pricing Terms and Conditions

  • A minimum surcharge of $80 will be applied to all jobs that involve excessive urine, vomit, blood, feces, or other hazardous materials.

  • RV Housekeeping is based out of Rochester, NH, and has a 40 mile base service radius with no additional charge. Any services booked outside of that radius are charged an additional $2 per driving mile to and from the base radius.

  • Pricing is based off linear length of RV / trailer. Manufactures specs will be referenced, though length can be discussed dependent on areas that may or may not need cleaning (ex: cabs)
